I think the problem is more related to JPA than Camel. It seems that doesn't recognize the JPA Entity.

I have changed my example to include your code and I had no problem to using the PropostaEntity class.

Look at the dependencies included in the example, maybe you miss one. I think that it could be 'camel-jpa-starter'.
