I have not made any such case. We normally well-known every endpoint.

Maybe you can use an inbound endpoint, that by definition is a multi-tenant capable alternative to the JMS transport.

You can configure it in the same definition, but I'm not sure that you can use variables in the parameters section, at least in old versions.
